Kimia are a premium Iranian date variety from the Bam region of Kerman province — dark, moist, and intensely sweet with a thin skin and soft, caramel-like flesh. Considered among the finest soft-variety dates available.
A typical serving is 2–3 dates (24–36g), providing approximately 65–100 kcal. Dates are naturally high in sugar and fibre; 2–3 per day is a balanced amount for most healthy adults. Consult your dietitian if you have dietary restrictions.
Kimia dates are rich in natural sugars (fructose and glucose), potassium, magnesium, and dietary fibre. They are a traditional energy food used across South Asia and the Middle East. Check the product label for batch-specific nutrition values.
Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 months. For longer storage (up to 1 year), refrigerate. Dates may crystallise in cold storage — brief warming restores their soft texture.
