These are seedless dried apricots sourced from Turkey, where the climate and soil produce apricots with a naturally vibrant colour, a soft and chewy texture, and a balanced sweet-tart taste. The premium designation reflects selective sourcing — each batch is checked for uniform colour, adequate moisture content, and freedom from defects before packing.

A serving of dried apricots is typically 3–5 pieces (approximately 40g). They are soft enough to eat as-is, or can be soaked briefly in water to restore moisture before adding to desserts, rice dishes, or smoothies.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Consume within 60 days of opening for best texture and flavour. Refrigeration is suitable and extends shelf life without altering the fruit.
