Kagazi Badam Saboot are whole, in-shell almonds with a distinctively thin, paper-like ('kagazi') shell — soft enough to crack open by hand or with light pressure, without needing a heavy-duty nutcracker. Known as the Sattarbai variety, these almonds retain their natural oils and freshness longer than shelled kernels since the shell protects them from oxidation. A traditional favourite for those who enjoy cracking their own almonds fresh.

Kagazi Badam — literally paper-shell almond — is a Kashmiri variety whose outer shell is notably thin and easy to crack by hand without any tool. The Sattarbai sub-variety in this pack is prized for its delicate, mildly sweet kernel. Unlike harder in-shell almonds such as Abdul Bedi, Kagazi Badam shells give way with light pressure, making them practical for home cracking before soaking or eating.
After shelling, a standard serving is approximately 23–25 kernels (about 28g of shelled weight). Crack the shell gently, and soak overnight in water for a softer kernel — or enjoy the kernels raw immediately after shelling.

Shelf life is printed as the Use By or Best Before date on the back of the pack. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
