Abdul Bedi is a traditional Afghan variety of in-shell almond known for its hard outer shell and a distinctively flavourful, mildly sweet kernel. The shell requires a nutcracker to open — unlike the softer Kagazi Badam. These almonds are handpicked from trusted farms and are well-suited to soaking overnight, using in Indian sweets and desserts, or eating raw after shelling.
After shelling, a standard serving is approximately 23 kernels (about 28g). Soaking overnight and peeling the skin before eating is a traditional Indian practice that softens the kernel. Eating the kernels raw immediately after shelling is equally fine.

Shelf life is printed as the Use By or Best Before date on the back of the pack. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
