Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your pincode and order weight, anywhere in India.

Dispatch: Orders placed before 2 PM IST ship same-day via Shiprocket. Orders after 2 PM ship the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or national holidays.

Delivery times:

• Delhi NCR: 1-2 working days
• Major metros (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2-4 working days
• Other pincodes: 3-7 working days

Payment Options: Payment options including COD availability are shown at checkout based on your pincode and order value. We are continuously expanding our payment options.

International shipping: Currently shipping within India — international launch coming soon.

7-day return window. If you receive damaged, incorrect or unsatisfactory product, email contact@sindhidryfruits.live within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free pickup and full refund or replacement — your choice.

Hygiene policy: For food safety reasons, opened or partially-consumed packs cannot be returned unless quality issues are confirmed.

Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned product. Funds reach your original payment method in 5-7 working days (Razorpay handling time).

Damaged in transit: Refuse delivery or accept and photograph immediately. Email us within 24 hours for fastest resolution.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once the order is handed to Shiprocket, the standard return process applies.
